Hand cut from a single piece of cow hide to reduce the number of seams while increasing the durablility of the bag. The bag is sewn using a hand saddle stitch construction. This is a very old sewing technique, time consuming, yet it is praised for it's overall strength and reliability. We use high quality Ritza Tiger braided thread. All stress points are reinforced with solid #12 brass rivets and burrs.
 
The leather we use is full grain, meaning scars, stretch marks and blemishes are visable and give the leather character.  As each hide is truely unique no two bags will be identical.
